About Ecuaconstruction Corp
Honest, clean, and accommodating to all client requests. Founded and operated by John Granda in Tampa, Florida.
A Family Contractor Built on Trust, Quality & Cleanliness
Ecuaconstruction Corp is a local company that was formed in 2010. Over the past 39 years, we have built a reputation throughout Tampa, Hillsborough County, and the Tampa Bay region by staying true to our foundational philosophy:
"We are committed to our clients in satisfying their needs in a fast and efficient way. We are honest, clean and strive to accommodate all requests of our clients."— John Granda, Founder & Owner
Unlike large impersonal corporate franchises that treat clients like numbers, John Granda personally meets with every homeowner, oversees worksite standards, and verifies that every finished coat of paint, texture spray, or stain meets the highest standard of craftsmanship.
The 3 Pillars of Ecuaconstruction Corp
Why our customers come back and recommend us to friends & family.
1. Honest Pricing & Advice
We provide clear written estimates before touching a paint brush or starting a pressure washer. No hidden fees, no unnecessary upsells.
2. Clean Worksite Daily
We believe your home should remain a clean sanctuary during renovations. We seal doorways, mask floors, and clean up at the end of each work day.
3. Fast & Accommodating
We arrive on time, work swiftly without cutting corners, and readily adapt to any custom requests, color changes, or scheduling needs.
